All digital products (protocols, guides) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase. No shipping required. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

Physical Products — Accessories & Supplements

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping: 5–7 business days (North America). Expedited shipping available at checkout.

We accept returns on unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@zeavva.com with your order number.

Hardware (Cold Plunge & Sauna)

Large equipment ships via freight carrier. Delivery times: 2–4 weeks depending on location. White-glove delivery (inside placement, packaging removal) available for an additional fee.

Hardware returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Customer is responsible for return freight costs.
